2022 Regional CotY Award Winner, Residential Addition Over $250,000
This 13-foot by 29-foot three-story addition was constructed on the right side of the dwelling, with a basement level dogged out and made level with the current basement. The new space includes an in-home music studio, surrounded with lots of windows and a French door that leads to the new back side flagstone patio and jacuzzi area. A side concrete wall was removed and supported by new structural beams to create a seamless connection with the old space and the furnace was relocated to allow larger pathway as well.
