These homeowners felt claustrophobic in their existing space and wanted a more modern, spacious and ergonomically functioning kitchen and laundry room. Within the existing old space, the roof leaked in the sunroom, the kitchen was sandwiched between walls, and the laundry area was nothing more than a small closet. Sections of the old building were torn off to expand and rebuild the footprint. The clients are thrilled with their expanded space, which includes a new kitchen, a roomy new laundry and a bath addition all on one level.
