2017 Region 2 Southeast CotY Award Winner, Residential Addition Under $100,000
The addition over the one story garage created a larger master bath and master bedroom suite with a large walk-in closet. The old master bedroom was converted into a nursery and hallway to connect to the new addition. This second story addition includes a tall cathedral ceiling, a bump-out seating area, walk-in closet, matching hardwood flooring and recessed lighting.
