2017 Region 5 South Central CotY Award Winner, Residential Addition $100,000 to $250,000
The clients desired a refined master suite addition and renovation to an existing Central Austin home built in the 1930s. The addition consists of a master bedroom with custom built-in walnut cabinets that align axially to the new master bath. The master bath is centered around a minimalist soaker tub and framed by a limestone feature wall. The walnut vanities frame the entry to the bath with the toilet and shower tucked away to the north end of the residence.
