Lot clearing, relocating utility lines, and excavating a five-foot tall backyard to grade are just a few of the challenges in this project. A walkway with stairs covered in stone, retaining wall and stone-bedded landscaping now leads people from the driveway and side entrance into the backyard. A large multi‐level irregular flagstone patio is the main showcase of the backyard, which includes a gazebo, a stone fireplace, and outdoor kitchenette wrapped around with seating walls. Additional amenities include an outdoor gas fireplace and grill, heated pool and landscape lighting. This outdoor oasis is breathtaking, especially after sunset.
