These homeowners wanted to build a deck on an unused portion of their backyard. They desired a unique design to place their existing fire pit and four chairs, and for other purposes. The new deck features two tiers. The main deck off the house is an open expanse with two steps that lead to the fire pit area. Stone was laid in the center of the hexagonal shaped fire pit area to give the area a wow factor. Lights were added to provide a warm inviting welcome at night.
