The owner of this 1,300-square-foot home knew their space lacked flow, as the living spaces were small rooms near the entry, and a narrow hallway led to the bedrooms and held the only access to the backyard. By relocating the social spaces to the back of the home, with renewed access to the outdoors and converting, they were able to create a more functional space that fully utilized their entire floorplan.
