This remodel was set to modernize the home without sacrificing the homeowner's favorite design elements. Reusing the stained concrete floors kept a familiar base, and custom matching the exterior paint color captures the essence of their style. The home received an entirely new layout, allowing them to reimagine the kitchen, staircases, and exterior storage thanks to a new front door location. The primary suite was entirely updated, making room for a wet room in the bathroom. The new space caters to their every need, achieving the ideal balance of style and function.
