2022 Regional CotY Award Winner, Entire House $250,000 to $500,000
This entire house was totally overhauled for a young couple with a modern yet eclectic taste and now includes wide plank hardwood flooring and multilayer crown molding throughout. Project highlights include an enlarged second-floor master bath with a walk-in shower, a black free-standing tub, octagonal tray ceiling, and black and gold fixtures, and a reconfigured master bedroom with added windows, a walk-in closet, relocated double door and a linear-gas fireplace. Part of the open second floor foyer and a portion of the guest bedroom were enclosed for a second-floor laundry room as well. Overall, the entire house is glamorous.
