The clients loved to entertain but felt like their home wasn’t built with that in mind. By removing a load bearing wall, the kitchen, dining and living rooms were opened up. In the kitchen a recessed exhaust hood was installed to maintain the beautiful view of the valley. The master bathroom was also reconfigured to better utilize the space and give the clients a spa-like feel. All the windows and flooring in the home were replaced and a smart home upgrade added with smart lights and fans.
