This project began as a renovation to the existing structure until the planning removed so much existing that only the original foundation was preserved. The new remodel provides a four-bedroom home with tremendous flexibility. The space functions easily for a couple, accommodates two visiting guests as needed, and allows up to 30 guests when entertaining with possible outdoor seating areas. Low maintenance materials are used for all areas meaning little service is needed for many years to come. Dramatic materials are blended with a discreet paint scheme punctuating the homeowners’ beautiful furniture, impressive art pieces and extensive wine and bourbon collection.
