Beavercreek, Ohio
2021 National/Regional CotY Award Winner, Commercial Exterior
The owner wanted to have an existing restaurant space modified for a new restaurant build-out. This included exterior improvements to a 1960s structure that could accommodate the end user's modernized interior fit-up. The scope of work involved raising the front and side walls; transforming the hip style roof into a flat roof to fit the new design; relocating the HVAC system; and upgrading the electrical service. EIFS and fiber cement board wainscoting were installed on the building to give it a refreshed appearance and feel as well. The changes and updates to the building allows flexibility to grow with the franchisee.
