After purchasing a home with a waterfront view, this family took their view inside, transforming the lower level into a space for their young adult children to come home to. It took four months to reinvigorate the entire basement. Project highlights include converting a large workout room and batting cage into an extraordinary game day bar and entertainment room; adding plumbing for an additional bedroom and bathroom; and removing a spiral staircase from the upper-level primary closet to finish off an executive office. The existing bedrooms were converted from a childlike wonderland to a sophisticated and classic vibe.
