These repeat clients wanted to finish the last piece of their nearly complete remodel. Their home, built circa 1918, was extensively remodeled several years prior. The only unfinished piece from the initial remodel was the lower level. Quintessential entertainers, the clients wanted to turn their lower level into a multi-use space that featured an industrial look and included a dry bar, media room, and cellar for their wine collection. Priorities shifted when the COVID-19 pandemic began. The lower-level space became the ideal sanctuary to get away when truly getting away wasn’t an option.
