The homeowners needed a new kitchen to accommodate their family of five. They wanted the design to include modern amenities while maintaining the classic integrity of their older home. The new kitchen includes custom white shaker cabinetry, quartz countertops, pendant lighting and a decorative Mediterranean tile backsplash. The island includes an L-shaped overhang and a Walnut countertop. A 9-foot bay window provides more natural light and a grand view of the backyard, while radiant heat under the new porcelain floor tile keeps the space warm. Now the kitchen is an extension of their home and busy, family-oriented, lifestyle.
