2019 Regional CotY Award Winner, Residential Kitchen $30,000 to $60,000

The owners wanted to update the space without the hassle and expense of a full tear out. The existing kitchen was dated, had stained cabinetry and a beige color palette. The angular island chopped up the room, providing little storage. The overall scheme was dark and in need of brightening up. The space was streamlined with a rectangular island, which improved flow and provided double storage on both sides. Key features include a full height quartz backsplash in white with grey veining, an L-shaped walnut table top with waterfall edge at the island, and a mix of white and black cabinetry. Brushed nickel fixtures, a hammered metal farm sink and a professional Wolf cooktop and steamer round out the design.
