The client decided to completely gut and rebuild her townhouse and make the penthouse kitchen the main focal point. She desired a modern and functional kitchen that would integrate natural elements and provide a warm environment for large gatherings. Elegant and wide hickory hardwood floors were installed to provide the foundation for the massive Quartz countertops. This was supported by smooth stone that reflects the natural light flowing in from historically approved Pella windows. High-end, recessed LED lights highlight the spacious, custom-made European cabinetry, two large professional grade ovens, the Sub-Zero wine cellar and refrigerator. The centerpiece of the new kitchen is a 3-inch thick marble waterfall countertop island. LED pendant lights installed above feature calligraphy silver leaf and polished stainless accents.
