2016 Region 3 North Central CotY Award Winner, Residential Kitchen Over $150,000
The client desired a comfortable kitchen suitable for entertaining and cooking. Dividing the common areas created a layout with a soft radius theme. The kitchen cabinets are a riff cut oak and the island has a mustard veneer with granite and walnut tops. The radius disks above the island were designed to harbor the task lighting and finished with random shaped sheet metal to create texture and look like art. The space was finished with radius cove ceilings and a concrete bench fireplace surround.
