2019 Regional CotY Award Winner, Residential Historical Renovation/ Restoration $250,000 and Over

This 1937 Tudor style home featured inaccurately designed details, failing exterior materials and a disjointed addition. The clients desired a historically accurate redesign and restoration of all exterior elements on every elevation. This included new carriage house garage doors, handcrafted wood windows, clay chimney pots, gutters, downspouts, curved Tudor trim details and new stucco. Boral composite material was used for all exterior trim details. Clay roofing tiles from the original manufacturer were installed. Limestone from the quarry of the original house stone was used and window openings were re-proportioned to integrate the addition into the rest of the home.
