The client wanted a detached garage that fit into the original historical period and style of the existing house. The second floor of the new garage holds a fully functional personal CrossFit gym, which required a reinforced floor to resist any resulting impact loads. The exterior makes use of quality finishes and superior craftsmanship, which sets it apart from other buildings. Through the design and the use of fine details, this garage magnificently blends in with the original time period of the house. The two buildings are connected via an exterior breezeway.
