These clients are a modern-day Brady Brunch. They each had two children from previous marriages. While planning their wedding, the couple realized they needed to remodel the husband’s split-level home to accommodate the four children. The house was in a good location and a good school district, but didn’t have enough space. An addition with a new living room, a TV/game room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and new master bedroom suite solved this family’s space constraints. Features include a new front entry with a custom solar system mosaic inlay, and a standing seam metal roof that accommodates solar panels.
