2019 Regional CotY Award Winner, Entire House Under $250,000
Burst water lines while the homeowners were away lead to a whole home interior face-lift that ultimately touched most living areas. This home’s most predominately damaged areas were the laundry room and garage entry, the kitchen and a large portion of the main level flooring. The remodel maintains the home’s classic tradition but with a modern touch. Oak hardwood flooring replaced the carpet and tiles on the first floor. The kitchen and mudroom feature Birch flat panel inset doors and drawers. Black candelabra island pendants, display glass cabinetry towers, white Quartzite countertops and a brushed stainless range hood grace the new kitchen. The master bath includes an enlarged shower and soaking tub.
