These clients purchased their home five years earlier for its location. They wanted to create a truly unique custom California modern home on the exterior and a Scandinavian minimalist interior reminiscent of their Swedish roots. Integrating a two-story addition, an exterior make-over, and a whole house remodel, this home delivers imaginative design while embodying simplicity and innovation. Vertical and horizontal siding emphasizes the modern look on the exterior and helps the new addition blend in. Highlights of the interior include a main entry floating staircase, an open concept kitchen with a walnut peninsula, and a picturesque master suite. This project transformed the space into a one-of-a-kind home.
