This visionary restauranteur wanted to create a Nantucket outdoor environment for a new restaurant. The challenge was to transform a narrow outdoor strip that overlooked a parking lot. The patio leverages a combination of Phantom screens and screen vinyl walls to integrate the indoor and outdoor dining areas. A Kentucky Coffeetree situated around a classic white pergola is the focal point of the patio. Planters, plantings and peak-a-boo trellis shield patrons. Other features include Nantucket porch swings, broad umbrellas, a gas fire bowl and gas lanterns. The result is a Nantucket-inspired outdoor space that provides multiple options for eating meals and lounging with cocktails.
