2019 Regional CotY Award Winner, Commercial Interior
A dark and dated, small town theater built in the 1940s has been transformed into a state-of-the-art entertainment space, appropriate for plays, private functions and community gatherings. The extensive work needed in the main theater necessitated the construction of an open scaffolding system. This allowed for multiple phases of the renovation to occur simultaneously and helped the project timeline. Renovations include new technology, a new lobby and main theater ceiling as well as electrial, sprinkler, HVAC, framing, sheetrock and paint. The quaint town theater is now a venue that will strengthen and expand the borough's commerce and community.
