With their home overlooking the lake, these homeowners wanted to open their kitchen and living space to capitalize on their gorgeous views. White cabinets brightened the space, coupled with wood-like cabinets for depth. The raised double waterfall countertop adds additional visual interest to the space while maximizing room for guests. A soffit around the room allowed for electrical lighting above the island and helped visually separate the rooms despite an open floor plan.
