Initially built in 1938, the many additions over the years to this simple ranch home led to a chaotic floor plan. Looking to return the home to its former glory, the homeowner chose to forego some of the recent additions in lieu of a simpler, more functional floor plan. The owner's suite was reconfigured, the entire first floor living area was opened in favor of the backyard view, and a second floor was added with three bedroom suites. Complete with modern designs and fixtures, the finished result amplifies the home's more desirable elements.
